- BOOKING AMOUNT & INITIAL PAYMENT
* The Booking Amount is payable as per the HSN Group approved price list, directly to HSN Group.
* The Initial Payment as per the approved price list is due as a down payment within 7 calendar days from the date of booking.
* HSN Group will execute the Agreement of Sale only upon realization of the down payment.
* For clients availing a bank loan, all documents required by the bank must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of booking. - PROJECT COMMENCEMENT BOOKINGS
For bookings made after the commencement of the project, the prevailing terms and conditions at that time will apply.
- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Upon cancellation, the refund will be processed after applicable deductions:* Blocking Stage: On receipt of initial booking amount – Cancellation charge of 20%.
* If 15% of the total amount is received – 5% of total sale cost will be deducted.
* If 30% of the total amount is received – 15% of total sale cost will be deducted.
* In case of Villas: If the design process has started – ₹50,000 will be deducted.
* Any payments made towards modifications, additions, or interiors are nonrefundable.
* Refund will be made only after the cancelled property is re-sold and payments from the new client are realized.
- COMMUNICATION
All emails from HSN Group’s official email ID will be considered official and valid for all practical purposes.
- DELAY IN PAYMENTS
* Any delay in installment payments will attract 15% p.a. interest, calculated daily on the outstanding balance. Interest will be adjusted first before the principal.
* If two or more consecutive installments are delayed, HSN Group reserves the right to cancel the Agreement to Sell and re-allot the property to another purchaser, applying the above cancellation terms.
- HOUSING LOAN DELAYS
* If a bank delays loan sanction beyond 15 days from booking, HSN Group may suggest an alternative bank.
* If the applicant is unable to secure a loan and cannot maintain the payment schedule, HSN Group reserves the right to cancel the booking under the cancellation terms.
- RESALE BEFORE COMPLETION
* If the applicant wishes to sell the property before project completion, HSN Group retains the right of first purchase.
- ASSIGNMENT / TRANSFER
* Any assignment or transfer without prior written approval from HSN Group will be null and void.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
* HSN Group reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these terms without prior notice.
- JURISDICTION
* All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only.
- REFUND PROCESSING TIME
* In exceptional cases, at HSN Group’s discretion, refunds may be processed within 75 days.
- CHEQUE BOUNCE CHARGES
* 1st Time: ₹2,000
* 2nd Time: ₹4,000
* 3rd Time: ₹6,000 (Additional clauses in the Agreement of Sale will apply.)
- MANAGEMENT APPROVAL
* A booking is valid only upon HSN Group Management’s approval.
- AGREEMENT SUPERSESSION
* Clauses in the Sales Agreement / MOU signed by the client and HSN Group’s authorized signatory will supersede these terms.
- BOOKING CONFIRMATION
* If booking details are not displayed after payment, check the availability list and email sales@hsngroup.live I don’t know with booking history. Do not attempt a duplicate booking without confirmation.
